Minimum hosting five (05) days to dates in general.

The minimum accommodation for holidays such as Easter, American Independence, Spring Break, Carnival, Christmas, New Year, the minimum stay is seven (7) days.

After your reservation request, we will send the lease by email with all the features of the property chosen with its rules and restrictions.

Send your contract by email, which must be initialed on every page and signed at the end. After being signed should be scanned and sent to us in PDF format.

Upon receipt of the signed contract and payment made 20% of the total, your reservation will be honored.

The State of Florida requires 13% tax charged on the total value of the lease. We use the selling tourist dollar for conversion of the national currency.

One-time cleaning fee: ranging from $ 100 to $ 200.

Pool heating: U $ 25.00 per day (optional) Minimum 3 days U $ 75.00.

The payment of the lease must be made in full within 30 days before the date of check-in.

Check-in may not be before 16:00, and check-out must be made before 11:00 hours due to the time required for the cleaning service.

The early check-in (early check-in) or delayed check-out (late check-out) will be subject to an additional charge, if available.

If the reservation is canceled before 30 days of the start of the lease, there will be no refund of the reservation.
